By accessing or using Toktify ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Toktify.

2. Description of Service

Toktify provides AI-powered TikTok content creation and management tools, including:

  • AI hashtag generation and script writing
  • TikTok analytics and profile insights
  • Content scheduling and planning
  • Trend tracking and discovery
  • Video editing tools

Toktify is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

3. TikTok Platform Compliance

Toktify uses the official TikTok API. By using our TikTok integration, you agree to:

  • Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok Platform Policies.
  • Not use the Service to violate TikTok's Community Guidelines.
  • Not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect TikTok data beyond what is permitted by TikTok's API.
  • Not use the Service to post spam, misleading, or harmful content on TikTok.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Download, reproduce, or redistribute TikTok content without the express permission of the content creator and in compliance with TikTok's Terms of Service.
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person.
  • Post or generate spam, misleading information, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation.
  • Use automated bots to interact with the Service without authorization.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@toktify.site.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Toktify and are protected by intellectual property laws.

AI-generated content (hashtags, scripts) created using Toktify's tools is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of original content you create. We do not claim ownership over your TikTok content or profile data.

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Toktify are available under paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@toktify.site.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your use.
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toktify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
